RAJAH is a diploid variety grown under European conditions as an intermediate variety in earliness.The flowering of RAJAH is intermediate to late, which gives a good flexibility for the use in spring.RAJAH has a good resistance against Sclerotinia and nematodes, which secures a good persistence.
Yield
Also under more cold conditions in Sweden, RAJAH has out yielded the other varieties.
Protein
The protein content of red clover is approximately 22%. With the high yield of drymatter RAJAH gives a high yield of protein, too.
