Success of My DLF paves the way for more digital improvements to customer service
My DLF, our professional customer portal, has already attracted many active users among Europe's digitally minded seed trade. The portal, which is an industry-first for DLF, lets you check your orders, track shipments, and research other useful information about your partnership with DLF.
In the six months since we launched the portal (September 2017), many of Europe's wholesale seed customers have activated their accounts. Feedback has been extremely positive, and we're delighted to see how useful the portal is proving to be.
Look out for My DLF upgrades
As a business that always looks to the future, we're already thinking of ways to improve My DLF. After gathering comments and suggestions from users, we've put together a wish-list of additional features and improvements to help customers manage their day-to-day business with DLF. We'll let you know as soon the next version of My DLF goes live.
In addition to these immediate improvements, we're also looking to the longer term and ways in which we can further digitalise and streamline our business for your benefit. To everyone who has put forward ideas and suggestions, we'd like to say a hearty thank you.
