RONNY has in the Scottish trials proven to be one of the real aggressive growing types together with grasses. Although small leaved, the yield of RONNY exceeded the ones of the standard variety Kent Wild White with 11% as an average of year 2 and 3.

Under hard grazing with sheep, it has been tested whether the varieties tolerate the hard defoliation. The result was that RONNY got the highest score of A.
