Corporate Governance

The management of DLF-TRIFOLIUM A/S ranks good corporate governance very highly in order to ensure the group’s long-term value creation and strategic preparedness. Following the Nørby Committee’s recommendations for good corporate governance in Denmark, management has formulated a Corporate Governance Policy which takes account of the special circumstances in a group owned and controlled by Danish farmers via the cooperative DLF AmbA.

The Corporate Governance Policy has been submitted for discussion with DLF AmbA’s representatives.
